We require payment upon booking. For a full refund, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, contact us, and we’ll do our best to help you reschedule.

Our facility is locked to provide an exclusive, private experience for our guests. Access to the facility requires a booking or pre-scheduled appointment. When you book a tee time, simply click the link in your email or text message to open the door. The link will become active 15 mins before your tee time. So cool!
To keep things safe and comfortable, we recommend no more than 4-5 people per bay. If you have more — just contact us in advance. We reserve the right to charge for additional guests.
Membership is not required to book our private golf simulator rooms. However, being a member offers advantages like 24/7 access and reduced hourly rates.
Orientations are required for new members to help you get comfortable with everything. For everyone else, orientations are optional if you’d like a deeper dive into how things work or just want a little more time to your first booking. Or, if you’re ready to play, simply book your tee time, and we’ll give you a quick intro to the facility and get you swinging in no time!
